Weekly Calm Abiding Meditation practice classes (Monday)
This is an opportunity to maintain weekly mindfulness meditation practice in a group setting, and you can attend either weekly or on the occasional session to refresh your technique and practice. Please contact John Julian in advance to discuss your intention
Mindfulness is being present moment by moment with a non-judgmental acceptance. Evidence indicates that mindfulness supports our minds to be relaxed, focused and peaceful, improving health, enabling recovery from stress and anxiety. Mindfulness meditation brings a clear perspective on life and awakens happiness.
The courses provide clear instruction and regular practice opportunities and are aimed at supporting students in the development of a regular mindfulness meditation practice.John Julian, a very experienced and recognised trainer leads these weekly sessions.

Dates for weekly practice classes 2011
Mondays beginning January 31st – March 28th (no class on March 14th Labour Day)
Mondays beginning May 2nd – June 27th (no class on June 13th Queen’s birthday)
Time & venue: 6pm – 7pm at Jamchen Buddhist Centre, Balwyn
Cost - $8 per session ($5 members concession) / paid at the class.
John Julian, a very experienced and recognised trainer leads the ongoing practice classes.
