Bob Thurman talks about self, mind & happiness. Video goes for 12'. I like his comments & suggestion of waking up and then straight away thinking of the happiness of others vs. usual thoughts of me or what I must do as a way of starting the day. Hopefully leading my mind to begin to experience the mind of happiness in a simple way as soon as I wake!...now all I need to do is remember to do this upon waking.

With youtube we can have direct streaming within the forum.
